Welcome to the home base of Fifty Plus Tech. My name is Donna and I started in the tech industry in the late 1990’s. Back then it was about learning something that would take my family and I out of the grasp of poverty. Thanks to a strong tech community and lots of great mentors (especially in Open Source) my family and I did in fact escape poverty and 20+ years later I still spend my days working for a tech company and pursuing tech related hobbies – 3D printing being my latest.
